Chimp Posted October 31, 2011 Posted October 31, 2011 Well, to be fair, I think one of Washington's starting tackles was injured and didn't play. That said, this is what this defense needed. Dareus was all around the QB today. It's about time they dominated a clearly weaker team. Time to take this stuff to Sanchez. There was a ton of pressure right up the middle. To be fair, I didn't play football...I'm still pretty sure the tackle is the fat guy on the end of the line, right?
fishgrappler Posted October 31, 2011 Posted October 31, 2011 - The Redskins were banged up - Fitz fumbled and threw a pic in the endzone - We got lucky that Donte Stallworth tripped on that Byrd interception Those are just a few but I'm sure they will come up with others. Seriously...you felt the need to post that? You really are a DB (I don't mean defensive back either).

Well, you'll always find a way. But that was one of the best games we've played this season (maybe on par with NE).
Talley56 Posted October 31, 2011 Posted October 31, 2011 Seriously...you felt the need to post that? You really are a DB (I don't mean defensive back either). It was sarcasm, as in that's what the negative people will try to come up with even though it would be ridiculous.
deep2evans Posted October 31, 2011 Posted October 31, 2011 It was sarcasm, as in that's what the negative people will try to come up with even though it would be ridiculous. lol i know we're all typing on keyboards here, but you really should try to do a better job of hinting at your sarcasm..
SageAgainstTheMachine Posted October 31, 2011 Posted October 31, 2011 (edited) lol i know we're all typing on keyboards here, but you really should try to do a better job of hinting at your sarcasm.. Umm, no. That was about as obvious as it gets, especially seeing as he said "they will come up with others". Edited October 31, 2011 by SageAgainstTheMachine
Buffalo Barbarian Posted October 31, 2011 Posted October 31, 2011 Nice to see. We utterly dominated them on both sides of the ball. Well we could have got more TDs but I'll take it. Gotta love stickin Shanny with his first shut out.
Buffalo Barbarian Posted October 31, 2011 Posted October 31, 2011 Jellen Heard I thought actually played well. Aside from his one penalty. The D in general was everywhere and played physical today. Heard is a beast, we must have the biggest ends in the League with him at 346 and Marcell at 340, If we can get a real NT our front 3 will be unstoppable. They should switch Jasper back because he ain't crackin the O-line anytime soon and with Williams lack of size and Troup's ineffectivness he'd have a better shot on D and we could use his mass to stuff the run.
John from Riverside Posted October 31, 2011 Posted October 31, 2011 It was my impression that Marcel played inside today.....with Edwards, Heard, and Carrington seeing a boatload of time...... Marcel is seriously making a strong bid from moving out of that DE spot and into the interior where nobody can stop him.........
PromoTheRobot Posted October 31, 2011 Posted October 31, 2011 (edited) If we didn't tee off on John Beck and the Redskins I'd be worried. But great breakout game. PTR Edited October 31, 2011 by PromoTheRobot
Dragonborn10 Posted October 31, 2011 Posted October 31, 2011 And what happens when Williams get healthy..... Not sure he will be healthy but the more they win without him the longer he can sit and rest.
Bills!Win! Posted October 31, 2011 Posted October 31, 2011 Thank you, Mr. Jauron. It's hard to spell in the NFL

95altima12 Posted October 31, 2011 Posted October 31, 2011 Did he do the Lights Out thing after his sack? I thought I saw him do it. Just checkin.
John Gianelli Posted October 31, 2011 Posted October 31, 2011 Lights off and the D turns in 9 sacks. First shut out of the year. Great game for the D to begin building on. Is 9 sacks in a game a record for the Bills? Is 9 sacks in a game a record for the Bills? Nope. Just found this: Buffalo vs. Denver, Dec. 13, 1964, 10 sacks
Talley56 Posted October 31, 2011 Posted October 31, 2011 Umm, no. That was about as obvious as it gets, especially seeing as he said "they will come up with others". Thank you, glad someone realized that.
