Mike in Syracuse Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 (edited) http://www.buffalobi...08-d6df5235663f So long "comeback". Edited October 25, 2011 by Mike in Syracuse
San Jose Bills Fan Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 I was optimistic and hopeful when we re-signed him. But it was a move that did not work out.
1B4IDie Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 Wow, that Maybin thread is also about to flare up.
BuffaloBaumer Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 Totally fine with me as he was never going to do anything for this team this year. Let someone who can make a difference get a shot.....
GaryPinC Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 Sucks, but now it's even more obvious we need an impact linebacker in the draft.
Heitz Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 Let's all cry! Or just move on with what we have...
wonderbread Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 Let's all cry! Or just move on with what we have... Well he wasn't making an impact anyways. So lets dance with who brought us.
dollars 2 donuts Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 (edited) *sigh* ...and to think they were putting Moates at ILB. We now have one spare true OLB. Edited October 25, 2011 by dollars 2 donuts
Cash Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 Bummer. But at least we know not to hold out hope for a miracle solution to our pass rush problems this year. It's kind of harsh, but I hope the team cuts ties with him this offseason and moves forward without him. Young guys need play time and practice time to develop. Let's see what Moats can do the rest of the way, and target a pass-rushing OLB as one of the top priorities in the offseason.
