And they're not afraid of missile defense (who in their right mind is threatened by a system that only works if you attack it first?), they're afraid of our increasing presence in what's been their sphere of influence (Eastern Europe) far longer than the US existed.

So Obama proactively bent over and grabbed his ankles but it's no big deal because they were only going to screw him anyway? Is that a good analogy?
