#2 is so naive, it's impossible to believe that Buffett wrote it. In fact, I suspect beyond the quote from him leading the article, the rest is attributable to anyone else.

 

Regardless, none of them are truly bad ideas (#2 excepted. And #7, which is relatively clueless as well).

I have as much or more respect for old people but let's face it, they don't write good constitutional amendments because they ramble on with minutia so meaningless that it is hard to imagine that they didn't include a provision requiring congress to send someone over to their house to help them open a jar of strained apricots whenever necessary. In addition pictures seem to indicate that they forgot how to properly tie their own damn tie.
