2020 Our Year For Sure Posted October 18, 2011 Posted October 18, 2011 And this what effect on his ability to play WR? It's a Spiller topic, you can deal with it
ny33 Posted October 18, 2011 Posted October 18, 2011 Let's hope that C.J. ends up being used in a role similar to (and as often as) Percy Harvin. I'd like to see him get more carries, though; I feel that if we'd gotten him involved in the first half, he would have been very effective in the second half with a tired offense; look how ineffective Jackson was in the second half, or on most of his carries besides the incredible breakout run.
Buffalo Barbarian Posted October 18, 2011 Posted October 18, 2011 Since the moment CJ Spiller was drafted the talk of converting him to a WR has been a constant theme. Well on Sunday, it sure looked like CJ was our 4th WR. He didn't line up in the backfield and motion out, he just lined up as a WR from the start of many plays on Sundays. Now that you finally get what you want, you don't want it anymore? Yes because he wont be a great back. He needs to be out in space where he can use speed and hopefully he gets the route runnin down he can be that water bug Chan Envisioned.
Ramius Posted October 18, 2011 Posted October 18, 2011 It's a Spiller topic, you can deal with it And what does your asinine comment about Spiller as a punt returner have anything to with "CJ Spiller at WR?" Take your anti-Spiller asshattery elsewhere while the adults are trying to have a discussion.
