That isn't the point. The point is that the defense is bad. No need to qualify or make excuses. They are bad.
frogger Posted October 16, 2011 Posted October 16, 2011 It's clear the positions we target in the draft, corner and a pass rusher on the outside. Many questioned the Williams pick including me, now I can't wait for his health to improve.

bg17 Posted October 17, 2011 Posted October 17, 2011 This year's D is thought to be bigger and more physical than that of years prior but they are every bit as bad as last year. Edwards has not done a good job. His blitz designs are ineffective. I don't see him getting the axe, but a change at DC would make me happy.

I get it that he is a buddy of Chan and that we have had some lucky breaks against elite quarterbacks, but my God the numbers are bad. I can't see this being tolerated in any other franchise.
