It doesn't say that at all. Fred Jackson is a playing like a superstar because of his ability and performance on the field. If you put another late round nobody/undrafted with the OL playing like this our offense would be average. The Bills O has been playing well because the OL has been good, Fitz has been smart and good, and Jackson has been great and Gailey has been great.

While I agree that this OL deserves love.....I still think they need to show it against a TOP defense

We were not getting run blocking push against the Bengals.....and are about to face a similar defense this weekend on the road

Fred Jackson IS a late round nobody.

No he's not. He's an undrafted star. A #1 pick or #2 or #6 or #7 who isn't very good would not be good behind this line. 99% of #7 RBs would not be good behind this line. You can't just put any RB behind a good line, that's a fallacy.

Most all of the good runs that Fred had this past week were a small hole where he made a brilliant cut or decision and took off. The TD was a great example. There was good blocking (and a fortunately timed blitz by the Eagles) but Fred made it look easy because he made a great decision and cut that looked effortless. He's been doing that all year.

The fact is, all positions, on both sides of the line are filled with first round busts as well as middle, last and undrafted gems. There are great, good, fair, and crappy players from all rounds. There are more good players in the first round, and then the second.

Not to mention that of the top ten rushers right now, five are first rounders, three are second rounders, one third, and Jackson, undrafted,
