Frostbelt City Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2011/10/11/report-jimmy-kennedy-suspended-by-nfl/
Dorkington Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 I'll take it! Hopefully that'll help us keep the ball out of Eli's hands!
Gray Beard Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 It doesn't say why he is suspended. I wonder if he can appeal and still play for a week or two.
Frostbelt City Posted October 11, 2011 Author Posted October 11, 2011 I picked up Cruz in Fantasy... just in case...
NishP Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 He'll appeal, and still dress for the bills game unfortunately!
Chandler#81 Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 http://profootballta...spended-by-nfl/ Â Â You aren't an alias of Matty Shue, are you?
The Wiz Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 He'll appeal, and still dress for the bills game unfortunately! I still don't get how that works? Â Kind of like how Benson is still not suspended.
BRAWNDO Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 He'll appeal, and still dress for the bills game unfortunately! Â You are right he will be suspended when the play the New England and the Jets.
thebug Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 "UPDATE: It’s a four game suspension for violating the league’s performance enhancing drug policy."
Frez Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 "UPDATE: It’s a four game suspension for violating the league’s performance enhancing drug policy." Giants defensive tackle Jimmy Kennedy has been suspended four games for violating NFL's performance-enhancing drug policy according to Aaron Wilson of Profootball.scout.com.
Malazan Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 Well, here's hoping he doesn't appeal or he does and it is processed quickly enough that one of the games in this week!
NoSaint Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 I still don't get how that works? Â Kind of like how Benson is still not suspended. Â A fine can be returned, playing time can't. If the appeal was after the suspension it wouldn't do much for you would it?
CarolinaBill Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 I'll take it! Hopefully that'll help us keep the ball out of Eli's hands! i would like to keep the ball in ELi's hands, the more he has the ball the greater chance we have of grabbing one of those classic ELI INts he's famous for.
San Jose Bills Fan Posted October 12, 2011 Posted October 12, 2011 The Bills attempted to sign Kennedy a few seasons ago during the Jauron era. Â I think he decided to sign with the Vikings instead.
r00tabaga Posted October 12, 2011 Posted October 12, 2011 (edited) NFL Network said he is suspended and WON'T be eligible to return until November 14th. Not sure you can appeal a failed drug test, after you've failed one previously. Edited October 12, 2011 by r00tabaga
High Mark Posted October 12, 2011 Posted October 12, 2011 I would like to take on goods team at full strength.
snamsnoops Posted October 12, 2011 Posted October 12, 2011 Giants defensive tackle Jimmy Kennedy has been suspended four games for violating NFL's performance-enhancing drug policy according to Aaron Wilson of Profootball.scout.com. I think he is suspened for 4 games for violating the leagues performance-enhancing drug policy according to the Easter Bunny!
West End Stench Posted October 12, 2011 Posted October 12, 2011 I think we're stressing out too much over a player who is averaging .8 tackles per game... I'm more worried about who they'll use twice a game to replace him (I'm not really that worried).
