dgtloutlaw Posted October 10, 2011 Posted October 10, 2011 First of all, I'd like to mention that Thurman is one of my all-time favorite Bills. He is a citizen of Buffalo and heavily involved in the community. He has nothing to prove to any of us. That said... I find it painful to watch the "Film Session" portion of his show. I've watched several of them now and I cringe everytime. His analysis and breakdowns are completely scripted. What's more is that the producers don't even bother to hide the fact that he is reading it directly from the sheet of paper he's holding. I'm sure all networks script these things, so I can't find fault in that. However, Thurman sort of looks like a bafoon during these break-downs. Maybe he isn't big on re-hearsing or memorization... and that's fine. Like I said earlier, he has nothing to prove. I just wish they'd either can the segment or fix it. Seriously, the way it is set up makes him look like he has no idea what he's talking about.
