Based on the amount of talking he does, with the complete lack of ability to back it up, I agree on DeAngelo Hall. Worse than any WR.

When he's focused and playing well he's among the best. Problem is he let's stuff get in his head and becomes a mess sometimes. Very talented but doesnt have a good head on his shoulders
