To suggest this is child pornography and the individual taking the picture should be charged accordingly is a stretch ... A bad one at that. Kids do stupid things and they need not pay severely for it. I would guess all of this is as a result of a spontaneous lapse in judgement. In some way probably 100% of the teenagers in the world are guilty of the same.

I don't blame her one bit, this generation of kids who take pics of everything need to learn you cannot do that kind of BS

The kids who took the pics would still learn their lesson, just not by labeling them for life in a way meant for sexual deviants.
