Guest Saltine Warrior's Mom Posted December 22, 2004 Posted December 22, 2004 can half the team be fired too? cause they really arent that good
Alaska Darin Posted December 22, 2004 Posted December 22, 2004 To Georgia Tech. Can Pasqualoni please, please, please be fired at halfime? This guy really sucks. 172690 At least they beat BC. Damn I can't believe he gets another year.
Eastside Oasis Posted December 22, 2004 Author Posted December 22, 2004 They're both 6-5 for chrissakes. Should not be 35-6 by any stretch of the imagination. SU football is so embarrassing now. Why can't they realize that they need to do something different???? Coaching is the first thing to change, and yet, they haven't tried it. Give me a break!
CajunBillsBacker Posted December 22, 2004 Posted December 22, 2004 Is this game on national TV? I don't see it anywhere's on my lineup. EDIT: NM, found it. TV was on commercial and TV guide said it was College Basketball on.
Golden Wheels Posted December 22, 2004 Posted December 22, 2004 At least the incoming Athletic Director is there in person tonight, and is seeing firsthand what he has to fix.
Oneida Lake Posted December 22, 2004 Posted December 22, 2004 Is this game on national TV? I don't see it anywhere's on my lineup. 172697 It's one of those important early bowl games. Here on my public access channel its tape delayed and will play tomorrow night after "Your City Council at WorK" and just before "My Mom Cooks Better Than Yours" I'm gonna Tivo it, so shut up about the score, will ya?
BillsGuyInMalta Posted December 22, 2004 Posted December 22, 2004 Maybe they have Georgia Tech right where they want them?
Eastside Oasis Posted December 22, 2004 Author Posted December 22, 2004 I'm gonna Tivo it, so shut up about the score, will ya? 172703 Since it was on National tv, I will talk about the score if I want. It's called ESPN...get it :I starred in Brokeback Mountain:

Like A Mofo Posted December 22, 2004 Posted December 22, 2004 This matchup is an indication there are just too many bowls.
Gavin in Va Beach Posted December 22, 2004 Posted December 22, 2004 But look at Coach P's graduation rates! Yeah, he has high graduation rates because his players rarely leave early for the NFL, if they get drafted at all. Give me a 30% graduation rate because juniors are leaving early for the pros anyday. :I starred in Brokeback Mountain: Coach P.
Guest Guest Posted December 22, 2004 Posted December 22, 2004 Since it was on National tv, I will talk about the score if I want. BRH Posted December 22, 2004 Posted December 22, 2004 Coach P doesn't necessarily get another year. He got a "vote of confidence" from the chancellor but Gross will be free to make his own decision, I think.
30dive Posted December 22, 2004 Posted December 22, 2004 Listening to the new AD, I wasn't so sure that Coach P's day's aren't numbered at Faber...errr SU. The new AD (how freekin old is he, I think they'd card him at Hooters?) said some nice things about Coach P, but the message was clearly "I" will be reviewing everything...including graduation rates.

It was over after the first series of the game... PATHETIC. What was once a proud franchise...has turned in to this garbage.
Alaska Darin Posted December 22, 2004 Posted December 22, 2004 6-5 teams from weak conferences certainly belong in a bowl game. [/sarcasm] If that performance doesn't earn PP a rip, I'm not sure what (short of a pedophilia conviction) will.
IDBillzFan Posted December 22, 2004 Posted December 22, 2004 I changed the channel at 21-6. 172698 You shouldn't have done that. Why I remember a game from just this past Monday night where the defending Super Bowl Champion NE Patriots were up by two scores against the 2-11 Miami Dolphins...and lots of people turned that game off. What happened? Why, after Tom Brady threw his fourth pick of the game against a depleted defense, the fish came back and beat the Patriots for what was clearly the single most embarrassing upset of the past five years. Never change the channel, CL. You never know when a winning team will choke in epic proportions.
