I am sure that if you were the one being stolen from you would feel differently.

This is really the crux, IMO.

 

Who exactly, ACor is being stolen from?

 

As Juan Guzman pointed out, there's zero proof that the counterfeit manufacturers exploit workers or damage the environment any more than the licensed manufacturers.

 

We can also assume that there are more jobs created because of the counterfeit manufacturers… people who have the option of buying a $30 jersey will not automatically purchase a more-expensive, licensed product if the cheap alternative is taken from them.

 

So because of the counterfeiters, we have more jobs and no proof that the counterfeiters are more exploitive of labor or more damaging to the environment.

 

Seems like more people win from the counterfeiters being in existence… except those who "are being stolen from."

 

So again, who exactly are we talking about? Who is being stolen from?
