I tried Google but can't find the link to order mine, do you or anyone here have it?

Sorry, I got one at birth. Sorry about that 1%er thing, but this view of Central Park from my veranda is pretty cool. Not as good as some of the others, but hey, global warming is good for NY and I'm into vacation property.

That's okay. According the what I've read in the media, OWS says that when you leave to go get your Starbucks fix, I can break in and claim your place as mine since you obviously weren't using it.

I have my Starbucks delivered and my small army of servants would take care of you. But if you're interested in a little social experiment I might be able to help you out.

A war on political corruption launched by a former Obama staffer?

Correction. A former Obama staffer and confirmed 9/11 Truther. Yes, Van Jones believes 9/11 was an inside job set up by Bush and the federal government to kill 3000 American citizens so as to justify a war on terrorism so we could then needlessly kill tens of thousands of more people.

That Van Jones. I see big things for him. I really do.

Occupy Wall Street Plans Global Disruption of Status Quo May 1

Apr 30, 2012

Occupy Wall Street demonstrators, whose anti-greed message spread worldwide during an eight-week encampment in Lower Manhattan last year, plan marches across the globe tomorrow calling attention to what they say are abuses of power and wealth.

Organizers say they hope the coordinated events will mark a spring resurgence of the movement after a quiet winter. Calls for a general strike with no work, no school, no banking and no shopping have sprung up on websites in Toronto, Barcelona, London, Kuala Lumpur and Sydney, among hundreds of cities in North America, Europe and Asia.

In New York, Occupy Wall Street will join scores of labor organizations observing May 1, traditionally recognized as International Workers Day. They plan marches from Union Square to Lower Manhattan and a pop-up occupation of Bryant Park on Sixth Avenue, across the street from Bank of Americas Corp.s 55-story tower.

We call upon people to refrain from shopping, walk out of class, take the day off of work and other creative forms of resistance disrupting the status quo, organizers said in an April 26 e-mail.

Occupy groups across the U.S. have protested economic disparity, decrying high foreclosure and unemployment rates that hurt average Americans while bankers and financial executives received bonuses and taxpayer-funded bailouts. In the past six months, similar groups, using social media and other tools, have sprung up in Europe, Asia and Latin America.

Little to no mention of the problems associated with the Occupy movement in this (supposed) news story.

The 99% wants to disrupt the status quo?

It's particularly funny that these dolts primarily plan to shut down bridges and tunnels in San Francisco and NYC.

They should probably clear it with Pelosi and Schumer before they start biting the hand that doesn't bathe them.

Awesome. Nothing will promote economic equality like slowing down the city's economy. The billionaires who run all those delis, bodegas, tourist shops, etc. will be feeling the pinch today!!

Its better than that. Most of the people they want to inconvenience - you know the 1% are settled in the office by 8AM. By the time these jokers get around to protest, disrupt traffic and inconvenience people, the ones they will most affect will be the people they are supposed to be fighting for.

Awesome article.

After tearing through a midtown Manhattan tour past a slew of big corporate offices, the noisy chants of the occupiers were interrupted on West 46th Street by a group of hard-hats not in the mood for populist rabble-rousing.

Whereas the OWS crowd proclaimed "we are the 99 Percent" and "banks got bailed out, we got sold out," a band of construction workers delivered chants of their own.

"Get-a-job! Get-a-job!" several workers atop a work site repeatedly hollered.

"Get a job! Stop wasting the cops' time!" yelled another, referring to the large detail of officers clad in riot gear that accompanied the Occupy procession.

"Occupy my b----!" another offered.

"They need a bath and to look for something more meaningful to do. Collectively, they have no idea what they're even protesting. Not going to work is not going to bridge the gap."

That really should be that group's epitaph.

Trashed Mission District businesses want answers

Business owners in San Francisco's Mission District, cleaning up after a night in which protesters damaged more than 30 stores and restaurants and vandalized cars, questioned Tuesday why activists had singled them out and why police hadn't done more to halt the rampage.

Among those dealing with the damage were officers at the neighborhood police station, where black-clad, masked activists threw paint and bashed the front door Monday night.

Even as they defended themselves from criticism that they had allowed the vandals to run wild - one restaurant owner said officers even appeared to be "escorting" the group - high-level police officials met to find a better way to handle out-of-control crowds.
