ieatcrayonz Posted October 3, 2011 Posted October 3, 2011 .....other dolts will probably join them to mate and produce other dolts. Bingo. Hippies always have been and always will be after one thing. Getting laid. This kind of crap is like match.com for them. They attract only morons but the good news is that once the moron is there, said moron is susceptible to even the lamest of the hippies. The sad result is obviously more hippies. I would bet anything that the one kids parents met is a flower field in 1969 and named him Moonbeam or rimshot or something like that.
\GoBillsInDallas/ Posted October 3, 2011 Posted October 3, 2011 If I was near the protesters, I might be tempted to go Deputy Inspector Tony Boloney's route and pepper spray anyone in my general vicinity. Subscription required in order to read it.
Chef Jim Posted October 3, 2011 Posted October 3, 2011 (edited) exactly. It blows my mind how much media coverage the Tea Party gets and how they are portrayed juxtaposed to the occupy Wall Street movement So you're saying the Wall Streeters are portrayed worse by the media than the Tea Partiers? Seriously?? Edited October 3, 2011 by Chef Jim
1billsfan Posted October 3, 2011 Posted October 3, 2011 I don't think this is all that different from the Tea Party movement, only these are left-leaning folk, for the most part. The bigger picture is that people are fed up with what's essentially a one-party system that caters to whoever buys the most lobbying power. While the media is portraying it as a disfunctional group, I think it's pretty clear that people are expressing their frustrations about a system that caters to the monied hands that feed the congressional trough. The Tea Party is a real grass roots movement. This group come from the 100s of socialist/communist organizations which are funded by rich lefty loonies like Soros... http://www.infowars.com/occupy-wall-street-protesters-call-totalitarian-government-re-election-of-obama/ They look like brainwashed cult members who wouldn't know what a hard day's work was if it pepper-sprayed them in the face.

GG Posted October 3, 2011 Posted October 3, 2011 Spoken like a pompus ass. Too bad he's spot on. There's a tad of difference between protesting a specific action vs organizing a protest to protest, uhm, ... something that isn't right. I can understand the disaffection and the feeling of helplessness that these kids are probably going through. But organizing a camp out in a NYC park is one of the least effective ways of doing it. The difference beteween these hippie reincarnates and the Tea Party, is that Tea Party has tangible goals and has actually accomplished something, because they're not waiting around for someone else to do something.

And the Tea Partiers know where the voting booths are. These protesters probably haven't a clue.
John Adams Posted October 3, 2011 Author Posted October 3, 2011 (edited) Spoken like a pompus ass. You obviously didn't watch the video. I feel content in my pompousity over people who protest, well, because you just need to protest. Edited October 3, 2011 by John Adams

TPS Posted October 3, 2011 Posted October 3, 2011 You're one delusional dude... And hold on a second. Are you dumbasses really comparing THIS to the tea party? Idiots Is it too complicated for you to understand that there are similar motivating forces for the left and right--people are fed up with our political system. Because it's the left, dumbasses on the right want to caricature them. Too bad. If enough people get fed up, maybe we can elect people who will represent their constituents, not those who donate the most.

The Tea Party fringe that are children of daddy-uncles may be the right version of the unwashed "occupants" but the Tea Party has some order. These occupiers ahve no real agenda except to be against almost anything. It's an inclusive protest--if you have something you're against, join in.

Dude the only motivating force those hippies have is a desire to get laid but an inability to pull it off through normal channels.

1billsfan Posted October 3, 2011 Posted October 3, 2011 Infowars. Does it really matter what the source is bro? These people will tell you to your face that they hate capitalism and want a communist revolution in America with Obama as their supreme leader for decade after decade. You act like there's a smear campaign going on here...LOL
