Bacchus44 Posted October 2, 2011 Posted October 2, 2011 Optimism, eh? Hmmmm: * Chances are that we might not have the same refs next week? * Perhaps they might not have McKelvin in single coverage on Jackson or at least Edwards might try to make a mid-game adjustment to give him some help if he's getting schooled? * Maybe it will be nice enough that I can go golfing next Sunday and DVR the games like I did for the first three games? I seriously think I jinxed them by staying home to watch them today! * Lindell hit all his field goals and extra points. * Dareus got his first sack! That's about all I got...
Pine Barrens Mafia Posted October 2, 2011 Posted October 2, 2011 The defense had one hell of a first half.
Greybeard Posted October 2, 2011 Posted October 2, 2011 Ralph's heirs got to breathe a small collective sigh of financial relief. I don't get what your trying to say. Care to explain?
r00tabaga Posted October 2, 2011 Posted October 2, 2011 The Bengals gave the Titans their only loss. Hmmmm, I must have missed that game. That's especially hard when they don't even play. Derp!
Dr. K Posted October 2, 2011 Posted October 2, 2011 A young team still learning. We'll see more ups and downs.
Just in Atlanta Posted October 2, 2011 Posted October 2, 2011 We should have won, even though we were outplayed. This team will learn from its mistakes. I firmly believe it.
Pilsner Posted October 2, 2011 Posted October 2, 2011 This was a down game. It happens to the best teams. Bills will right this soon enough. I don't want to mention the refs cuz I should be over them by now. Overall on the upswing and a promising future ahead of us. 3-1 is a lot better than some here envisioned at the start of the season.
Over 29 years of fanhood Posted October 2, 2011 Posted October 2, 2011 The pressure of maintaining an unbeaten streak is off.. McGee might not have lost his starting job to injury after all Naamen Roosevelt had a nice catch in tip drill session. CJ Spiller Had numerous positive yardage plays. Run defense looked great for 30 minutes. No wildcat today for those that despise wildcat It appears there was an unanounced change to holding rules to protect qb's. It's all legal now... Getting torched by Moore, then welker, then green was great practice for getting torched by Jackson next week... That's all I got...
Scrappy Posted October 2, 2011 Posted October 2, 2011 I don't get what your trying to say. Care to explain? 4-0, contracts get more expensive. 3-1, time to sign someone this week & save $.
kdub Posted October 2, 2011 Posted October 2, 2011 4-0, contracts get more expensive. 3-1, time to sign someone this week & save $. I thought you were going the "Major League" route...
Pete Posted October 2, 2011 Posted October 2, 2011 4 interceptions against Brady last week. Tell me that does not make the most miserable son of a B word here smile!
Scrappy Posted October 2, 2011 Posted October 2, 2011 I thought you were going the "Major League" route... Yeah, I like to do that. Thx for noticing.
Sisyphean Bills Posted October 2, 2011 Posted October 2, 2011 http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/blog/shutdown_corner/post/Danieal-Manning-commits-one-of-the-worst-penalti?urn=nfl-wp8420 Thankfully, he doesn't play for the Bills!
madball Posted October 2, 2011 Posted October 2, 2011 I'm optimistic that the Bills will be more entertaining this year than they were last year but if you want real optimism -- That's funny **** der...
