WhitewalkerInPhilly Posted September 28, 2011 Posted September 28, 2011 Link here http://espn.go.com/nfl/powerrankings Well, the rave reviews about us have boiled down to: rank 6. Sure, we're the only undefeated team in the AFC. Sure, we beat one of the best teams in the league to do it. But that won't stop the Lions (who have a slightly easier schedule) from being ranked higher. Yeah, I know I should expect it and that I'm just bitching a little but it still annoys me.

I'm more confused about Baltimore being ranked higher than us. Detroit is a legitimate top 3 NFC team.

Doesn't really matter, but I think we take Detroit and Baltimore simply because we have more offensive weapons. We have already proven we can go toe to toe with NE, but there are still those who are going to look at how the freaking planets lined up this past Sunday that allowed us to fell the mighty Patriots. Both the Saints and Green Bay would be interesting matchups - lots of offensive weapons and decent defenses. Oh well, that is we play the games - to prove the nay-sayers wrong.

Talley56 Posted September 28, 2011 Posted September 28, 2011 (edited) I'm more confused about Baltimore being ranked higher than us. Detroit is a legitimate top 3 NFC team. Lions? Ravens? We just beat the Pats, why on earth are they still ahead of us? Nevertheless, great to see us up so high. Edited September 28, 2011 by Talley56
