I think I'd rather have them spend the billions on buying autos and what not and then raffling them off to recoup the money. Just think about the amount of jobs it would create. They could even only purchase high mpg autos and call the program something like the Green Stimulous Program. I guarantee that this makes more sense than what they are going to do with the money!

White House's jobs plan would cost $200,000, but said the pricetag is the wrong way to measure the bill's worth.

Or, occasionally, BCEs (Bill Clinton Equivalents.)
