Fan in San Diego Posted September 27, 2011 Posted September 27, 2011 I saw some of the ESPN shows, they counted up all of the 15 yard penalty flags called on hits on the QB. Guess who has the most flags? That's right Michael Vic. The refs have pulled out the flag for hits on Vic more than any other QB combined. Vic is an idiot.
