Pete Posted September 26, 2011 Posted September 26, 2011 Prophetic and perhaps brilliant. I love the Amish Rifle so we could instead go for DE Quinton Coples, T Matt Kalil, CB re Kirkpatrick or LB Zack Brown, http://forums.twobillsdrive.com/topic/132413-we-should-trade-for-bengals-first-if-we-want-luck/

Problem is that he may go top 10. I really don't see the Bills drafting in the top ten if they can keep this up. A few more injuries and they could end up with Kirkpatrick.

Pete, my good man, you truly have a flair for the prophetic!
Pete Posted September 26, 2011 Author Posted September 26, 2011 COPLES,KALIL,AND KIRKPATRICK WILL BE LONG GONE....THINK DONTA HIGHTOWER,COURTNEY UPSHAW OR DONTE PAIGE-MOSS.. By the Bengals pick? I am not so sure about that. Perhaps you did not read the link..... Dre Kirkpatrick looks like the real deal. Problem is that he may go top 10. But the Bengals will. That is the point of this thread
thr_wedge Posted September 26, 2011 Posted September 26, 2011 Who is expected to go 32nd overall? That's my predicted draft position for Buffalo.

Or before with Evans? Why would they have swapped a likely top 2 pick for Evans and our 1st? And you would use their first round pick from the trade to pick a T or a CB?
Pete Posted September 26, 2011 Author Posted September 26, 2011 You mean trade for the pick now? Or before with Evans? Why would they have swapped a likely top 2 pick for Evans and our 1st? And you would use their first round pick from the trade to pick a T or a CB? I posted that scenerio on August 2- before we traded Evans which came as a shock to many. The point was to make the trade before the season while the Bengals and Bills were both unknown, and to maximize return for Evans. The Bengals #1 is a rookie and Evans would of helped them. I think they might of entertained the notion of swapping firsts and acquiring Lee Evans on Aug 2. Now we have no chance of trading the 5th selection we received for Evans and swapping picks with Bengals. It would of been a ballsy trade for us, and now my post is vindicated, and my prediction of trading Evans is prophetic. And a T or CB but BPA is who I selected with the acquired pick. How you like me now?

Love the way you think Well, lets not get ahead of ourselves here. The optimism is refreshing, but there's a whole lotta football left to be played. Lets win the division first.
