Gailey has said multiple times that the attitude and expectations of this team need to change before they will complete the turn around. We started seeing the turn around at the end of last year, but this year was a fresh start. A fresh attitude, a fresh work ethic, and fresh uniforms. you look good you feel good, you feel good you play good, you play good you win good, or something like that
