SDS Posted September 25, 2011 Posted September 25, 2011 Next year's draft position is getting worse by the week.
WhitewalkerInPhilly Posted September 26, 2011 Posted September 26, 2011 You mean beside free agency, waivers and the things that have given us a winning team with...how many first round draft picks on the roster?
boyst Posted September 26, 2011 Posted September 26, 2011 Next year's draft position is getting worse by the week. Andrew Luck is going to be a Colt. The world is not fair, even if we lose every game now he's going to Indy. We're doomed, it's terrible! Who is going to be there at pick 32 anyway!
Malazan Posted September 26, 2011 Posted September 26, 2011 It's ok, all of our stars come from the 7th round.
Mike in Syracuse Posted September 26, 2011 Posted September 26, 2011 It's ok, all of our stars come from the 7th round. The way the "no names" are playing I'd consider trading all the picks in round 1-6 for 7th rounders. We could draft 40 guys next year!
jad1 Posted September 26, 2011 Posted September 26, 2011 This team has proven that they don't need the draft. Just a three day waste of time that is only needed to produce a UDFA list. That's when the real work begins.
The Senator Posted September 26, 2011 Posted September 26, 2011 It's ok, all of our stars come from the 7th round. Not all of them... Fred Jackson - Undrafted (Coe College) Corey McIntyre - Undrafted (West Virginia) Donald Jones - Undrafted (Youngstown State) Eric Pears - Undrafted (Colorado State) Stevie Johnson - Undrafted (Kentucky) David Nelson - Undrafted (Florida) George Wilson - Undrafted (Arkansas) Kind of amazing, no? GO BILLSSS!!!! "I expect to be undefeated." - Chan Gailey 19 and 0 baby!!!
Just Jack Posted September 26, 2011 Posted September 26, 2011 The way the "no names" are playing I'd consider trading all the picks in round 1-6 for 7th rounders. We could draft 40 guys next year! April, 2012, MSG.... Goodell : "With the 1st pick in the 7th round, the Bills select....." Goodell : "With the 2nd pick in the 7th round, the Bills select....." Goodell : "With the 3rd pick in the 7th round, the Bills select....." Goodell : "With the 4th pick in the 7th round, the Bills select....." Goodell : "With the 5th pick in the 7th round, the Bills select....." Goodell : "With the 6th pick in the 7th round, the Bills select....." Goodell : "With the 7th pick in the 7th round, the Bills select....." etc...
Hapless Bills Fan Posted September 26, 2011 Posted September 26, 2011 Next year's draft position is getting worse by the week. Sounds like an article for the Onion

Johnson was a 7th rounder. But your right about our FO picking up players that have talent, and want to be coached.
Mr_Blizzard Posted September 26, 2011 Posted September 26, 2011 Next year's draft position is getting worse by the week. Don't worry, the best athlete available will still fall to us . . .
Malazan Posted September 26, 2011 Posted September 26, 2011 Sounds like an article for the Onion Sounds like a an actual thread posted before this Sunday on this board

GO BILLSSS!!!! "I expect to be undefeated." - Chan Gailey 19 and 0 baby!!! With the 7th pick in this year's draft the BUFFALO BILLS SELECT STEVIE JOHNSON wide receiver from Kentucky. #13 was a draft pick ... but what an incredible tribute to players who have the desire to prove everyone wrong. Talent and drive and attitude are making this Bills team a winning team with the key ingredient being the incredible coaching of Chan 'We Want Cohwer' Gailey!

Talent and drive and attitude are making this Bills team a winning team with the key ingredient being the incredible coaching of Chan 'We Want Cohwer' Gailey! Sorry, my bad. But still amazing that, if you add 7th round picks Ryan Fitzpatrick and Demetrius Bell, it seems almost our entire starting offense - save for the interior line - is either undrafted or came in the 7th round!
DC Tom Posted September 26, 2011 Posted September 26, 2011 Next year's draft position is getting worse by the week. You've got it all wrong...beating bad teams on the road hurts the franchise. Beating New England's okay, because they're good. But beating Kansas City was a disaster. One of my favorites. Rare that someone goes "too stupid for crayonz" with a post.
stevewin Posted September 26, 2011 Posted September 26, 2011 Andrew Luck weeps that he won't have a chance to be drafted into this special team
