Just Jack Posted September 18, 2011 Posted September 18, 2011 Just like last week, how did your actions affect the game today? I did shower, but still have not shaved since last weekend.
Doc Posted September 18, 2011 Posted September 18, 2011 It was ALL me. I stopped watching at halftime. Well, until they put it on national TV. You're welcome.
outsidethebox Posted September 18, 2011 Posted September 18, 2011 I predicted the game over at halftime. If you know my record on predictions then it was guaranteed victory for the Bills. LOL!
Buffalos#1Fan Posted September 18, 2011 Posted September 18, 2011 I didnt talk **** back to the Oakland fan I was watching the game with
PAF911 Posted September 18, 2011 Posted September 18, 2011 My ride left the stadium with 2 mins left. That clinched it!
Philo Posted September 18, 2011 Posted September 18, 2011 Just like last week, how did your actions affect the game today? I did shower, but still have not shaved since last weekend. I have the same not shaving ritual. That must be it.
Pine Barrens Mafia Posted September 18, 2011 Posted September 18, 2011 Kept the the drunkenness going I'm ripped lol
Slack_in_MA Posted September 18, 2011 Posted September 18, 2011 I wore my ratty, sweat-stained Bills visor again while working in the yard this morning.
Nanker Posted September 18, 2011 Posted September 18, 2011 You can blame me for this one. I didn't post in the game thread. It wouldn't have been close if I did.
buffaloboyinATL Posted September 18, 2011 Posted September 18, 2011 We won because I joined the game thread after halftime and predicted the comeback. Oh, and I changed shirts after the first half which clearly affected the outcome.
youngjebrey Posted September 18, 2011 Posted September 18, 2011 I left TBD at halftime cause everyone was being debbie downers. didnt log back on for the rest of the game.
jeanbe Posted September 18, 2011 Posted September 18, 2011 I didn't do anything different but I think the couple of people that mowed the lawn at halftime need to be given props. They will have the best looking property in WNY.
VirginiaMike Posted September 18, 2011 Posted September 18, 2011 I was worried as I changed it up this week. Fishing in the morning and I skipped the Bills gear this week. This team does not need supersticious things. They could use another DB though
707BillsFan Posted September 18, 2011 Posted September 18, 2011 (edited) I gave my dog some water...his bowl was empty, said this will be my good deed for the day and give him some agua (and thought they'd win because of it). Bingo! Thank my dogs empty water bowl during the final drive. Edited September 18, 2011 by Eric95403
Repulsif Posted September 18, 2011 Posted September 18, 2011 I had as every week to find a stream for the game. Found one working, but contrary to last week, the stream was freezing the whole 1st half, and I was searching a second better. Didn't found one good until second half and switched on it. Saw the 24(?) unanswered Bills points on it. Then that stream froze. Had to go back to old stream, to saw (kind of) the Raiders drive. Then the good stream came alive again and saw the Bills drive. then the good stream died with 0:16 left. Didn't watched those last 16 seconds on the cursed stream, went on smoke a cigarette outside, and logged on nfl to know the final score. I saved the game and the Bills.
buffaloboyinATL Posted September 18, 2011 Posted September 18, 2011 I left TBD at halftime cause everyone was being debbie downers. didnt log back on for the rest of the game. No doubt, we had a lot of elbow room on the bandwagon to start the 3rd quarter.
MyHorseAteTheKid Posted September 18, 2011 Posted September 18, 2011 I made all the Bills Fans in the local sports bar, stand up the entire second half!!!
Kelso_Helmet Posted September 18, 2011 Posted September 18, 2011 At the start of a critical drive by the Bills, I handed Kevin Harlan a note stating "Tyler Thigpen is in the game." A little levity to break the tension...
Tsaikotic Posted September 18, 2011 Posted September 18, 2011 I was downstairs watching the game with my family in the 1st half..went to bed (I work overnights so right now i've been up for like 21 hrs)and watched the second half in bed..so my going to bed helped the team win...now I'm going to bed for real a happy man
LewPort71 Posted September 18, 2011 Posted September 18, 2011 Just before half time I began to mow the front yard. Finished midway through the 3rd quarter and I was pleasantly surprised to return to the score of 21--17 Back in the day I shovelled the driveway at the half time of THE comeback. So if the Bills are losing at the half, I need to do some outside work.
