Bob in STL Posted September 18, 2011 Posted September 18, 2011 Not Exactly the same as game 1, but proving to be a real red zone target. He was targeted 5 times, 2 catches for 16 yards and 1 TD! I will take it. The TD was clutch as the ball was tipped.
Doc Posted September 18, 2011 Posted September 18, 2011 He's on-pace for 24 TD's! Seriously though, I think 3 TD's is more than any Bills TE corps has caught in the past 2 years.
JOE IN HAMPTON ROADS Posted September 19, 2011 Posted September 19, 2011 The under the radar thing occurred to me as well, but I think there is more to it. We finally have a coaching staff willing to use the TE for more than blocking, and a QB who can take advantage of the position. Chandler put himself where he needed to be, Fitz hit him in the numbers, and we gained yardage. That's more than we can say about any TE we've had in recent memory. I think Chandler will be a legitimate weapon this season, if I'm wrong I guess we'll find out Sunday. GO BILLS! It's official: he's legit!
