My link Color me surprised that a 2008 second rounder is still eligible for the practice squad. That's crazy. What's the story with this guy?

What's the story with this guy? It appears he was injured a lot in his short career. Drafted by Patriots* then placed on IR, played for Jaguars and on IR again. Wikipedia is pretty quick as they already have him listed on the Bills. I know nothing about him. Anyone have an inputs? Wikipedia Link
