The Bills released quarterback Levi Brown from their practice squad, and signed cornerback Terrence Wheatley to the practice squad. Wheatley was New England’s second-round pick in 2008. My link Color me surprised that a 2008 second rounder is still eligible for the practice squad. That's crazy. What's the story with this guy? What's the story with this guy? It appears he was injured a lot in his short career. Drafted by Patriots* then placed on IR, played for Jaguars and on IR again.
