Their rate for (diagnosed and undiagnosed) serious obsessive disorders is probably tops in the world, per capita. Obsessiveness has benefits in things like engineering and construction, but there is a dark side.

They said this: "Police arrested the suspected stalker Monday, seizing several cell phones and computers from her home in Rotterdam." How hard is it to have a computer robo call someone? The computer most likely did all the pestering.
