It's doesn't seem to make a while lot of sense getting rid of decent players on the surface. Yes already been talked about. Perhaps they fully expect SM to blow up this year in hopes of a massive extension to lock him KW and MD up for at least the next six years together. SJ will have a hefty extension if he repeats or comes close to last year. FJ as well for an extension. Not to mention perhaps a much bigger push in free agency. Thoughts? The only player where this is arguable is Evans. Everyone else was cut because they are not good. I do think Ralph will be more likely to spend in FA next offseason if we can win 7 or 8 this year, than he was this year coming off a 4-12 season. By them being better the OL with DB, AL, EW, CU, and EP should also be better because they practice against eachother. Now if the OL and the DL get better that only makes RF, FJ, SJ, DJ...
