BillyBaroo Posted September 5, 2011 Posted September 5, 2011 I saw someone was called Jamie Nails on this site - and with so much preoccupation with O-Line - I was trying to think of O-Linemen from the past even obscure ones and thought we could compile a list. I will start us with 3= John Fina, Jerry Crafts, Corbin Lacina
bills44 Posted September 5, 2011 Posted September 5, 2011 Jerry Ostrowski Kris Farris Duke "Grand Master" Preston
Bills!Win! Posted September 5, 2011 Posted September 5, 2011 (edited) Mike pucillo............... Why was he ever allowed to play football? hahaha... Edited September 5, 2011 by Bills!Win!
bills44 Posted September 5, 2011 Posted September 5, 2011 haha, he was terrible. I remember going to the home opener, and watching a DT just blow him up on the first offensive play for the Bills.
Miyagi-Do Karate Posted September 5, 2011 Posted September 5, 2011 Jerry Ostrowski Kris Farris Duke "Grand Master" Preston Kris Farris--nice call. Former Outland Trophy winner who Donahoe had a man-crush on. How about Trey Teague?
FluffHead Posted September 5, 2011 Posted September 5, 2011 joe panos....I remember this name because a few years ago he was arrested for smashing windows of his ex-wife's boyfriends car
Formerly Allan in MD Posted September 5, 2011 Posted September 5, 2011 Any of you remember possibly the most OFFENSIVE lineman the Bills ever had, "dangerous" Dan McGrew? Starting center on the earliest Bills teams who was as likely to snap the ball over the punters head as put it in his hands. You prayed every time DDM snapped.
Buffalo Barbarian Posted September 5, 2011 Posted September 5, 2011 I saw someone was called Jamie Nails on this site - and with so much preoccupation with O-Line - I was trying to think of O-Linemen from the past even obscure ones and thought we could compile a list. I will start us with 3= John Fina, Jerry Crafts, Corbin Lacina Mike Williams, Donohoe had a crush on him too but don't know why. After watching multiple games of him at Texas I thought this guy has got no nasty in him whatsoever and thought he would be a horrible pick unfortunately I was right.
Bills!Win! Posted September 5, 2011 Posted September 5, 2011 Anyone remember the play where Reuben Brown was the only lineman that didn't move when the ball was snapped? It was the funniest thing ever, must have happened in either 02 or 03.
billsintaiwan Posted September 5, 2011 Posted September 5, 2011 will grant - might have the record most holds in a game when he came back and played with the replacements. willie totten was qb.
John from Riverside Posted September 5, 2011 Posted September 5, 2011 The thing I remember about Jamie Nails is he was billed to have such a power pass protection punch he could separate a defensive linemens shoulder.......then the next thing I remember is Reggie White using that club move of his to knock big Jamie on his ass.... Hicks....that guy was a total enigma to me....i thought we had something when they found him and started him...then he fell in the ocean....how does someones play deteriorate that badly so quickly While we have had a great OL in the 90's we have had some pretty crappy linemen after that.
Jamie Nails Posted September 5, 2011 Posted September 5, 2011 Glad I could serve as the inspiration for this thread!
