Keep up the good fight AW! It's always good to read a story that makes you realize sports are simply a pleasant (or un?)distraction in life.

I always liked the way Del Rio coached and how fired up he was on the sideline. I thought the Bills could have used a coach like that. Way more respect for him now that I heard this story.

As for Allen Wilson...my thoughts will be with you. Leukemia can be beaten, so stay strong!

I agree and I think Del Rio is a good coach in a bad situation where fans don't care. As for Wilson, I feel awful to hear this news and wish him all the best. For as minor league as sports radio is, I think between Wilson and Gaughan, the Buffalo News has some of the best football writers in the country. All the best to Wilson and his family.

I didn't see this elsewhere. Touching article by Bucky Gleason about a very decent thing to do by Jack Del Rio when he visited Buffalo last week. Classy move, Mr. Del Rio.
