Lothar Posted August 24, 2011 Posted August 24, 2011 Help for LB corps .... but nothing for the OL yet?
FutureBillsGM Posted August 24, 2011 Posted August 24, 2011 Better than Torbor but this thread tells you a lot abotu him... Â http://www.footballsfuture.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?p=11077380

SageAgainstTheMachine Posted August 24, 2011 Posted August 24, 2011 Sounds an awful lot like Poz 2.0 Â Assuming we signed him for relative pennies, would that be such a bad thing?
DukeyBomb Posted August 24, 2011 Posted August 24, 2011 Assuming we signed him for relative pennies, would that be such a bad thing? Â Kirk is probably better than Poz. At least he has been. He can cover better too.
FutureBillsGM Posted August 24, 2011 Posted August 24, 2011 Sounds an awful lot like Poz 2.0 Â Only aging and slow. While Poz couldn't cover anyone, he has some quickness.
ExWNYer Posted August 24, 2011 Posted August 24, 2011 Better than Torbor but this thread tells you a lot abotu him... Â http://www.footballsfuture.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?p=11077380 It tells me nothing other than people on another message board have an opinion of him like the people here have an opinion on Poz. Some like him, some don't. Hardly a definitive assessment of his skills.
NewEra Posted August 24, 2011 Posted August 24, 2011 I love the signing. He gives us experience, depth and a possible starter next to Barnett. I think he's better than Davis, but Davis may have the upper hand due to playing in the system longer and being better suited to take on blockers. Either way, I love the signing!! Bigtime. Still waiting on an OL though....
Dr. Fong Posted August 24, 2011 Posted August 24, 2011 Seems like they've fixed the LB corps. Now if we could just get ANY help on the OL.
Nostradamus Posted August 24, 2011 Posted August 24, 2011 Seems like it's official, unless he pulls a Donte Twitner.
Mike in Syracuse Posted August 24, 2011 Posted August 24, 2011 How is this possible? 1. Buddy is asleep 2. Ralph is cheap 3. We're trying to lose
jcbillsfan Posted August 24, 2011 Posted August 24, 2011 from rotoworld  looks like another player brought in to stop the run.  Bills signed ILB Kirk Morrison, formerly of the Jaguars. The 29-year-old Morrison has registered at least 88 tackles in all six of his seasons, and never missed a game. Pro Football Focus graded Morrison as an impact run defender last season, although he's long been under-appreciated by the NFL. The Bills are stacked at inside linebacker, so it's unclear where Morrison will fit in. We'd expect him to begin his Buffalo career as a backup. Source: Jay Glazer on Twitter
billsfaninvgs Posted August 24, 2011 Posted August 24, 2011 Does this mean Bye-bye Torbor? Is Shep hurt long term?
Kelly the Dog Posted August 24, 2011 Posted August 24, 2011 If this is a swap for Torbor, I think it's a great swap. That remains to be seen.
nucci Posted August 24, 2011 Posted August 24, 2011 How is this possible? 1. Buddy is asleep 2. Ralph is cheap 3. We're trying to lose Irony at it's best. Looks like we has a decent veteran LB unit.
atlbillsfan1975 Posted August 24, 2011 Posted August 24, 2011 Seems like it's official, unless he pulls a Donte Twitner. Dont have a clue how Twitter works, but found out this weekend when i was back in Buffalo, that my cousin started the 'BillsMafia' deal. Pretty cool.
