UConn James
Actuallky, I think most would. It's kind of a natural human social trait to help, even if reaction time just leaves you grasping air. There's usually at least an attempt. Cue David Norfolk with some non related link in an attempt to demean Rubio. Don't you mean, "Dave in Nor Fu--"? DC Tom
How many politicians would have done this? http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2029493/Nancy-Reagan-slips-falls-way-Tea-Party-favourite-Marco-Rubios-speech.html Most...but not all. Nancy Pelosi, for example, would have let her fall, then accused Republicans of "trying to kill grandma."

Now lawyers on the other hand, probably wouldn't help until afterwards. That afterwards would be defined by a signed agreement for 40% of the proceeds of the lawsuit they were going to file. Joe Miner
Shouldn't this have been a caption the photo thread instead? I keed, I keed... Nothing against Rubio, but it wasn't like he just happened to be in the right place at the right time, or came leaping out of a crowd of onlookers. I believe he was escorting her, and she was using him as support as she was walking and began to fall. He was already there helping her walk, not like he could have gotten away with a girlish scream and threw his hands in the air when she started to go down. Dave_In_Norfolk
Cue David Norfolk with some non related link in an attempt to demean Rubio. Well, where to start on this one? 1) I wish to thank you so much for the wonderful way you included me in this right wing circle jerk. One wonders if Marco boy got lucky with the old bag later that evening? 2) I must say I find it a bit odd that you attempt to style yourself as some sort of non-partisan actor when here you are jumping up and down like a feral dog in defense of a far right winger who has not even been attacked by me. That doesn't seem very non-partisan to me. 3) It's all so puzzling, really. You think Toomy is great, Ryan is fine and Rubio above criticism. All far right wing nuts, yet you are not partisan? Why can't you just come out of the closet and admit you love these guys because you support their party positions? What is so bad about that? And Tom, are you here Tom? Of course you are, why the shot at Pelosi? THAT seems RATHER partisan to me. Shame on you. I think most would, even if it was only for a photo opportunity. Now lawyers on the other hand, probably wouldn't help until afterwards. That afterwards would be defined by a signed agreement for 40% of the proceeds of the lawsuit they were going to file. "Killing grandma" is a Democratic meme. It wouldn't make any sense to attribute it to a Republican, now would it, you unbelievable dumbass? As for choosing Pelosi as the token Democrat...I just hate her.

Republicans never do anything like bring up death panals or anything. Republicans are great!
