3rdnlng
http://www.zillow.com/blog/2008-09-17/barack-obamas-chicago-house/ So, You purchase a house at discount off the asking price, and on the same day your friend (a crook) buys the vacant property next door from the same sellers at full price. Afterwards, your friend (the crook) sells you part of the vacant land adjoining your property, making the vacant lot less desirable. It seems as if that vacant lot will stay vacant for a long time. It's almost as if he can enjoy the benefits of it without paying for it. Where does a poor community organizer learn to pull off this graft that only rich conservatives should know about? KD in CA
Apparently the crook was also nice enough to keep his vacant lot mowed and manicured. That sure was swell of him!

Common sense? Honestly, it sounds like something I would do too.

First of all, Rezko being a crook has nothing to do with the story. Second, unless your point is that politicians are hypocrites (which we alreay knew)...do you even have a point? This is one way crooks and other undesirables gain influence over politicians.
