joey greco Posted August 21, 2011 Posted August 21, 2011 +1 It's preseason. Practice. This is the time to mess up and male mistakes and figure things out. Who knows what kind of game plan the offensive line is running. Some fans take preseason WAY to serious. New Orleans looked like crap today, time to hit the panic button. Indianapolis has played like garbage, their season is over. Just breath. It's preseason, and we are rebuilding. Just sayin. This would make sense if this franchise had displayed the quality of N.O. or Indy the last several years. Or if I hadn't read the same apologist bull **** on this very board during every "meaningless" preseason game for near a decade and a half. This offensive line has been manhandled again. Physically dominated. By mostly second-stringers. It doesn't matter what the line is running, who's gameplanning or any other bull **** apology. Dismissing the obvious in the manner you are applauding is downright embarrassing.
plenzmd1 Posted August 21, 2011 Posted August 21, 2011 WTF happened there? Looked like nothing..My thoughts are with his family
nucci Posted August 21, 2011 Posted August 21, 2011 (edited) WTF happened there? Looked like nothing..My thoughts are with his family He got slammed to the ground and hit his head pretty hard. Thought there were penalties called when you wrap a player up and slam him down like that Edited August 21, 2011 by nucci
DC Grid Posted August 21, 2011 Posted August 21, 2011 Huge shocker, the Bills horrible OTs which Nix refused to do anything about are crippling this team. I guess the Bills are officially in the Luck derby.
Jerry Jabber Posted August 21, 2011 Author Posted August 21, 2011 Nix's first 2 picks in next year's draft better be Offensive Tackles and not other team's leftover garbage.

Guys, if your hopes are still up, this season is going to be very disappointing for you.
jj____ Posted August 21, 2011 Posted August 21, 2011 Are there people in here who are really upset that Fitz has thrown behind his receivers?
BuffalOhio Posted August 21, 2011 Posted August 21, 2011 Are there people in here who are really upset that Fitz has thrown behind his receivers? Yes, but more upset that he was once again running for his life back there.
Defend Greece Posted August 21, 2011 Posted August 21, 2011 Are there people in here who are really upset that Fitz has thrown behind his receivers? Everyone in here is mad at the world I'm happy Roosevelt has two catches
Mike in Syracuse Posted August 21, 2011 Posted August 21, 2011 (edited) Huge shocker, the Bills horrible OTs which Nix refused to do anything about are crippling this team. I guess the Bills are officially in the Luck derby. So instead of drafting OL we should draft a QB? The one BIG positive from this game is that our run defense is looking stout in the middle. Cash Posted August 21, 2011 Posted August 21, 2011 This is turning into a Trent Edwards-style offense. I.e., it's a shock when we complete a downfield pass to a WR.
muffmonster Posted August 21, 2011 Posted August 21, 2011 Wow granted this is preseason, but we are screwed. That is all.
KD in CA Posted August 21, 2011 Posted August 21, 2011 Agreed Didn't like the lee deal, like it less know. More drops then catches. Considering the QBs get about one second to throw on each play, they might as well go ahead and trade Johnson too.
Jerry Jabber Posted August 21, 2011 Author Posted August 21, 2011 Fitz & Thigpen can't throw for sh#t tonight!
LandShark13 Posted August 21, 2011 Posted August 21, 2011 Its never as bad as or as good as it looks.
joey greco Posted August 21, 2011 Posted August 21, 2011 Its never as bad as or as good as it looks. LOL, cept when it is
bills1960 Posted August 21, 2011 Posted August 21, 2011 I cut them slack for last week's offense because it was there first time out there, but there really isn't any excuse for tonight. They look significantly worse than they dd last week, even with an extra 5 days of practice.
