Houshmandzadeh was at the club Bayou late Thursday night, yukking it up with Bills linebacker Shawne Merriman.

K-9
Chan like his toys, doens't he? I think Promo the Robot suggested the other day that the Bills will open with a center, QB, and nine receivers. He may be right. GO BILLS!!!
bills-fan in arizona
If this is true... so much for the theory of trading Lee away to clear way for the younger talent to make the roster and contribute.
Scrappy
Let's not jump to any conclusions yet, until we get the holywater from Pat Moron.
Jauronimo
Hopefully we are signing him to play CB. I thought he showed real aptitude for the position the way he swatted that ball down in the playoffs last year to prevent the Ravens from converting on fourth and long. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UQ4iFWeMz0c Edited August 19, 2011 by Jauronimo

Mr. WEO
I like how he describes the Bills WR roster as "among the deepest in the league". The veterans are Roscoe, who missed half the season (and hasnt played a full season in 3 years) and Stevie (the only one on the roster who started more than 7 games last year). The rest are promising, but have accomplished little on the field. Maybe by "deepest" he means "they have a lot of WR in camp".
shibuya
Housh can go over the middle better then Lee could... I wouldn't put much credence into this report. This guy floats lots of rumors
Mike in Syracuse
I think Gailey realizes that Davis is not going to be an NFL receiver and wants some veteran talent.
Silvercrw
Addition of TJ would be a great addition to the bills considering Fitz knows him very well. He also can go over the middle. If we can get him in to learn the playbook ASAP it would def take the sting out of the Evans loss.
twist_to_open
I hope they sign him, if for no other reason than the latest ESPN comercial were they have the Kariokee draft party, and his name is being sung to Heart's Barracuda....I'll drive my son crazy for days!!!!! cage
Housh can go over the middle better then Lee could... I wouldn't put much credence into this report. This guy floats lots of rumors Do we really like Houshmanzadah better than Lee Evans??? I thought the goal was to give the "young guns" experience and a chance to step? This would be a very puzzling move....

RealityCheck
Do we really like Houshmanzadah better than Lee Evans??? I thought the goal was to give the "young guns" experience and a chance to step? This would be a very puzzling move.... It's not puzzling at all. Davis is Busted, and Lee requires 4 seconds to get open on any route. My memories of TJ are of him being strong on the short and mid-range routes. Buftex
Hard to know what to make of Housh...I loved him when he was in Cincinnati...then he went to a bad Seattle team, where nobody did much, and joined the Ravens late, and never really seemed to get in the groove of their offense. So, I am not sure if his skills have declined, or he has just been in bad spots...or maybe a combo of both. Housh is a much different kind of receiver than Evans was...very physical...it appears, to me, Chan is wanting physical receivers...to me, Donald Jones has shown more as a blocker than as a receiver. We shall see...I hated losing Evans, but I wouldn't be upset to give Housh a look.
