That is so depressing in so many ways. The most depressing being that those poor people have to live in Youngstown...

 

At least they don't live in California.

It's our government. Liberals always drive away business. Unions control our state so it's no wonder they want to leave, can you blame them?

My wife's sister use to own a tanning salon in California but moved to Nevada because of the anti business climate there. California has one of the worst governments for doing business and that's why they are so depressed and underdeveloped.

California is like the eighth largest economy in the world. Is it shrinking? Yes. But hardly depressed and underdeveloped.

Banks are not required to lend to people. They are, however, required by the government to maintain capital reserves.
