Kevin Posted August 15, 2011 Posted August 15, 2011 That is so depressing in so many ways. The most depressing being that those poor people have to live in Youngstown... At least they don't live in California.
Merriman_sacks_Brady Posted August 15, 2011 Posted August 15, 2011 http://www.buffalonews.com/city/columns/donn-esmonde/article520171.ece It's our government. Liberals always drive away business. Unions control our state so it's no wonder they want to leave, can you blame them? At least they don't live in California. My wife's sister use to own a tanning salon in California but moved to Nevada because of the anti business climate there. California has one of the worst governments for doing business and that's why they are so depressed and underdeveloped.

Yes. But hardly depressed and underdeveloped.
DC Tom Posted August 15, 2011 Posted August 15, 2011 so it's the unions that told these banks not to lend to this couple? Banks are not required to lend to people. They are, however, required by the government to maintain capital reserves.
