BuffaloBill Posted August 10, 2011 Posted August 10, 2011 How much is this crime costing the taxpayers?
DrDawkinstein Posted August 10, 2011 Posted August 10, 2011 It's not our/the system's fault that the kid is a bad robber and only got $0.07... Assistant District Attorney Lauren LaPaglia said the 73-year-old victim was on his way to a neighborhood store Dec. 22 to get cough medicine for his mother-in-law when the two teenagers ran up from behind and knocked him into a snowbank. While the victim was on the ground, Ninham kicked him in the head and Stewart punched him in the face, breaking his glasses, officials said. LaPaglia said both youths were armed with what appeared to be handguns. She said the victim handed over to the suspects the seven cents he had in his front pocket.
