Kelly the Dog Posted August 3, 2011 Posted August 3, 2011 I thought they were off today. No? GO BILLS!!! Yes, they are off today. They don't practice again until Thursday night. Gailey said they have 50 hours off.
stony Posted August 3, 2011 Posted August 3, 2011 I thought they were off today. No? GO BILLS!!! You are correct. Fitz already mentioned driving back to OP for a bit of family time.

LabattBlue Posted August 3, 2011 Posted August 3, 2011 They have to be off from everything or just on-field practice? I would think the time could be well spent in the meeting rooms considering that there were no OTA's.

But I also think that Gailey gave them the day off today. Not sure about that though.
SageAgainstTheMachine Posted August 3, 2011 Posted August 3, 2011 I like it. In fact, I think the players should spend an entire day off from team meetings, studying playbooks, and everything football related. People just operate better when things aren't omnipresent.
Captain Caveman Posted August 3, 2011 Posted August 3, 2011 People just operate better when lentils aren't omnipresent. What I read.

Not sure about that though. I haven't been able to find anything in writing, but the c-boys gave the team time off from meetings as well; 24 hours with nothing on their schedule.
SageAgainstTheMachine Posted August 3, 2011 Posted August 3, 2011 What I read. Some things, you can live down. Others...
