Homey D. Clown Posted July 28, 2011 Posted July 28, 2011 just say no. Drugs and over the hill players are bad MMM-KAY??
DC Tom Posted July 28, 2011 Posted July 28, 2011 just say no. Drugs and over the hill players are bad MMM-KAY?? Not to worry...he wouldn't sign with the Bills. He'll either sign with the Redskins for about a hundred billion dollars, or sign with the Patriots and have a resurgence that costs the Bills two games this season.
TheBlackMamba Posted July 28, 2011 Posted July 28, 2011 never thought he was worth that $80 mill. all i can remember is chris chambers eating hiim up for 3 td's and like 240 yards for a dolphins second half comeback win.

Only $20M for the 1st 3 years and then released. The $80M is so he and his agents can show off. Still too much, though. Edited July 28, 2011 by nucci
timba Posted July 28, 2011 Posted July 28, 2011 I wouldn't be surprised to see Detroit make a move on Clements.

Pretty sure he played 4 years (2007, 2008, 2009, 2010) and according to this he got about half of the 80M (which makes sense since 22M were guaranteed.) http://espn.go.com/blog/nflnation/post/_/id/42277/clements-asomugha-and-49ers-revisited

Too lazy.
VanCity Posted July 28, 2011 Posted July 28, 2011 The CB FA crop this year is nice. Secondary prizes in Cromartie, Clements and Johnathan Joseph not to mention McFadden (ARI) and Champ Bailey. Some age concerns in there, but all solid options for teams going for the Super Bowl.
