The Big Cat
Some surprises keep coming: Cowboys informed former Pro Bowl right guard Leonard Davis they will be releasing him this week Patriots have informed LB Tully Banta-Cain, who had 15 sacks the past two seasons, that he will be released Thursday. ESPN's @adbrandt reports the Packers have told Nick Barnett they will try to trade him; if unable to do so, he will be released. Another Cowboys cut: Dallas releasing RB Marion Barber. clancynut
Buddy mentioned there would be a lot of cuts on Thursday. Are these the types of players he would go after?
Calgary_JG
Todd Heap got the axe today too... There seems to be some good talent available. I like the idea of moving Wood to C and getting a good interior lineman. That and a TE...I guess we'll find out soon enough

Mark Long Beach
No Cowboys cuts surprise me. They were well over the cap. Yup. Wildly over the cap. They pushed hard last year and got crunched with a 6-10 record. This could end up being a painful year for them. Not that I mind one bit.

Not that I mind one bit. Not breaking my heart either, but a nightmare scenario would be that they suck so bad that they get the #1 to draft Luck. Speaking of the Cowboys, Marc Columbo would be a good fit with the Bills.

aristocrat
nick barnett would be great playing inside with poz I think. Leonard Davis would also be great and give us one of the best interior lines.
