hahaha...

I would venture to take a guess (no, I wouldn't venture, I would Guarentee) that of those 80,000, if the shooter was under the infulence, it was more likely (and by more likely i mean 100000 times more likely) under the influence of LEGAL alcohol than illegal marijuana.

Honestly, have you ever smoked pot? I'm not bashing you for NOT smokiing, obviously, but if you ever have, you would know the last thing it does is make you violent....

Like someone said, if they handed EVERY person in the Ralph a joint upon walking in, and no one could drink beer, there wouldnt be ONE fight...  except for maybe over the nachos, at which point, one stoner would probably just og buy the other some more...

get over it...

Have I ever smoked pot!!!!:) Let me put it this way, I grew up in the 70's and spent my high school years stoned....every effing day!! Did I ever do anything illegal (other than smoking) while stoned? You betcha.

Those of you who think that pot smokers don't commit crimes...and violent ones are really smoking something. Just because pot mellows you, and I agree it does, doesn't mean violent people won't be violent while high is just plain ignorant. If pot made violent people pacifists it would be a highly prescribed drug.

so, what you're saying is Pot won't make an already violent person non-violent? Well, no kidding.

But if you take GuyA and GuyB, both who are not violent by nature, and feed GuyA 10 beers and a couple shots, and GuyB a blunt the size of my forearm, which one is likely to become violent?

We both know the anwer to that.

Of course we do, however that wasn't the arguement. The original arguement was do people who smoke pot commit violent crimes and the answer to that is of course!

you're uneducated on this topic.

Last year there were more than:

400,000 tobacco related deaths in this country,

80,000 gun related deaths,

and zero marijuana related deaths.

Per US Census Bureau stats.

The reason pot is illegal, it due to the lobbyists of the drug companies.  Vioxx has killed 20,000 people so far before being banned, yet it had commercials on national TV.

If you don't know, you shouldn't speak, it just makes you sound like a fat guy from South Buffalo.

You mean to say that no one has ever craashed a car while under the influence of marijuana? You mean to say that no one who's ever smoked pot has ever developed lung cancer? While these things are theoretically possible, a more reasonable explanation of the zero deaths figure is that the US Census Bureau isn't keeping track of marijuana-related deaths.
