/dev/null Posted July 19, 2011 Posted July 19, 2011 Rupert Murdoch's wife, Wendi Deng, who was sitting behind the mogul, jumped up and reached out to slap the offender Any cred the pie man thinks he gained by cream pieing the head of evil Fox News was immediately lost when they got slapped by an elderly woman
Rob's House Posted July 19, 2011 Posted July 19, 2011 I'd like that douche bag to pull that **** on someone his own age. Something tells me he'd be eating through a straw for weeks.
Buftex Posted July 19, 2011 Author Posted July 19, 2011 (edited) I'd like that douche bag to pull that **** on someone his own age. Something tells me he'd be eating through a straw for weeks. That is so enlglish, a pie in the face! Anyways, on day when Murdoch is "so humbled" a pie in the face doesn't seem so bad... "Uh sir, you'll have to check that pie at the door" Nice security... Asked outside the hearing about security by the BBC, Labour MP Chris Bryant said "I guess they weren't looking for shaving foam". Mr Bryant indicated the man was in contempt of parliament. http://www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/2011/07/19/rupert-and-james-committe_n_903480.html?icid=maing-grid7%7Cmain5%7Cdl1%7Csec1_lnk3%7C78759 Edited July 19, 2011 by Buftex

outsidethebox Posted July 19, 2011 Posted July 19, 2011 How soon can we shut down Fox news? Lets all support the honest news channels like MSNBC, CNN and the big three stations. The sooner we get rid of those crazy rightwing tea partiers the sooner this country can get back on the fast track of recovery! Can I get an AMEN!!!!!

Not to mention, if we can finally get rid of Fox News, then liberals will stop pushing for the return of the Fairness Doctrine.

birdog1960 Posted July 19, 2011 Posted July 19, 2011 while drudge is linking to a foaming incident, there is a conspicuous absence of any link to the death of 40 something whistleblower sean hoare. coincidence that he dies unexpectedly in his home shortly after outing news of the world. maybe...at least british law enforcement says so. and we all now how trustworthy they've been in this mess.

Look, just because he tied himself in a chair and fell down the stairs, while gagged, is no reason to disparage Murdoch. The cause of death is unknown, but is not considered suspicious.

Surprised he lasted this long. write it off any way you want...and you may be correct but as sensationalist as drudge normally is, don't you find it surprising or even suspicious that he doesn't link to it. no agenda there. just solid, unbiased, accurate fact reporting. just like fox. it takes a lot of effort to bring the sheep around to supporting policies that are actually against their best interests. Yes, WSJ has been the puppet and ignoring the story, such as this one: Buried story, in a two page spread "If news imitates art, the long-simmering News Corp. scandal over dubious reporting tactics suddenly seems scripted by a master of the spy genre—replete with social drama, cloak-and-dagger mystery and farce." "Mr. Hoare had previously said that he was fired from the tabloid at a time when he was struggling with drugs and alcohol. On Tuesday, the police said they had to conduct further toxicology tests to better ascertain possible "health problems" that could help them pin down the cause of death. On Tuesday, before autopsy results were out, David Sonn, a lawyer who had represented Mr. Hoare, said his former client "was an ill man" and that his death, coming at the height of the hacking scandal, "was an unhappy coincidence."
