K-No Posted July 17, 2011 Posted July 17, 2011 I hope the CBA addressed the 'If I hold out this year, as long as I show up by week 11, then it counts as a full year of obligation to my contract'. It should be that if you miss training camp, the NFL will not approve any new contracts for that player that year. You sign your name on the contract, you live with it. You know, like real folks.
Buffalo Barbarian Posted July 17, 2011 Posted July 17, 2011 Don't care about all the small stuff but that each team will have enough money to compete and that all the players on the active roster are active for game day and is expanded to 60 players and 20 on the practice squad. While we are at Bring in developmental league like triple A (guess we don't need a practice squad now, any way we could have Syracuse Sledge-Hammers .)
CowgirlsFan Posted July 17, 2011 Posted July 17, 2011 I don't want to see a rookie be paid more than a veteran of 5 years.
Buffalo Barbarian Posted July 17, 2011 Posted July 17, 2011 Naked cheerleaders sounds good but it is better to leave a little for the imagination, maybe better uniforms.
BillsWatch Posted July 17, 2011 Posted July 17, 2011 Losing year of eligibility for free agency any time you hold out. Tougher penalties on agents who violate rules on contacting players under contract.
ExWNYer Posted July 17, 2011 Posted July 17, 2011 What do I want? 29 owners to vote that they won't ratify until Jones, Snyder, & Kraft sell their teams and the Jaguars agree to move to LA.
Buffalo Barbarian Posted July 17, 2011 Posted July 17, 2011 And taking the skirts off the QBs and receivers.
K-No Posted July 18, 2011 Author Posted July 18, 2011 I enjoy watching the rookies and undrafted free agents play in the pre-season but as a season ticket holder forced to pay full price, I hope the pre-season 'exhibitions' get reduced to 2 games.
