shrader Posted July 16, 2011 Posted July 16, 2011 That's some strange timing. I drove by there while I was in town last week and immediately thought "wow, I can't believe they're still around".

The Avenger Posted July 19, 2011 Posted July 19, 2011 (edited) Anyone remember Freddy's Donuts on Main Street? They had the best peanut sticks. I remember doing Boy Scout fundraisers with Freddy Donuts - get a car load of donuts, go to someone's door, ring the bell, ask if they wanted to buy a dozen donuts - practically sold themselves....... Just realized that the article was written by a good friend of mine - I forgot that Matt was on the business beat for The News...... Edited July 19, 2011 by The Avenger
