Scrappy
Owners have to spend close to 100% of the cap link
LynchMob23
That's cash to cap Scrap. The Bills and Packers do that already.
Ramius
No big deal. With salaries + new bonuses/guarantees, thats not a difficult threshhold to hit.
billsfaninvgs
If the floor is close to the cap then whats the point of having either..... The should just have yearly required salary total. Every team has to pay x amount. Not a penny more or a penny less..... I think it's a horrible idea Edited June 28, 2011 by billsfaninvgs
KollegeStudnet
the only team(s) I know that doesn't do this is the Vikes and Cards... Edited June 28, 2011 by KollegeStudnet
billsfan89
I don't know what to make of this to be honest. It seems like the Bills already spend cash to cap which if the floor is that it won't force the Bills hand to spend more. It seems like the Bills are in the middle of the pack when it comes to spending they just don't spend the money well. Hopefully Whitner, McCargo, and Kelsay are gone then that frees up some money to spend on players actually worth it.
