No blocking of any kind at my old job (my new one is sans office). Though, I'm fairly certain everyone at my old office is on a watch list of some kind due to our web searches. Trying to find new ways to kill someone (on TV) involves a lot of fu*&ed up web searches. Our FBI techs were always trying to put the fear of big brother into us about that. I hit up TBD, Facebook, and the forum over at blu-ray.com (PS3 gamer). So far at work everything seems wide open, but i've never tested any NWS type sites. I don't think they block anything, rather they track certain things and will bust you that way. Either way people play FB games, and watch netflix when they can. Ours is pretty much "no porn", we definitely get away with lots of YouTube time (both on the site and emailed links of anything deemed classic enough to be emailed)... Policy is nothing illegal. We host a lot of porn, so even that's okay and necessary at times. RSS baby...too many to list but get through it all in minutes. Same here. I'm a feedly addict on both the web & my phone.
