IDBillzFan Posted June 1, 2011 Posted June 1, 2011 (edited) Frankly this is very surprising to me. You'd figure if prisoners already had access to porn, it would be in Berkeley. They're usually stacked alphabetically in the magazine rack next to where they wait in line for their half-caf mocha cappucino. Edited June 1, 2011 by LABillzFan
paintmyhouse Posted June 1, 2011 Posted June 1, 2011 Porn recycle campaign for prisoners! Come on, it is for a good cause, everyone get their old porn they no longer want and need and give it to an inmate in need! Extra credit for the high school student who spearheads this effort!!
OCinBuffalo Posted June 1, 2011 Posted June 1, 2011 (edited) I agree 100% and all I read was the thread title. I have a question and all I read was your post: What if porn causes/exacerbates the psychological problems of those inmates? I have heard that this is possible. I am not a psychiatrist, so I have no way to say for sure. However, what if it does? Wouldn't these same lawyers be suing the state for negligence for allowing porn to be distributed to inmates whose problems can be set off/affected by porn? Interesting legal question....and once again we see the fallacy of the left's, oh sorry, the ACLU's, "one size fits all" thinking. Edited June 1, 2011 by OCinBuffalo
DC Tom Posted June 2, 2011 Posted June 2, 2011 Waaaaaah! Prison is hard! Waaaaaaah! I'll trade 'em. My porn for their health care plan. The ACLU's complaint is less about "Hot Teenage MILFs IV" and more about "Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue".

Evidently not, but should a lack of reading the subject matter deny one the right to form an opinion on the subject?
DC Tom Posted June 2, 2011 Posted June 2, 2011 Evidently not, but should a lack of reading the subject matter deny one the right to form an opinion on the subject? Yes. Reading is overrated and leaves one unable to form opinions of their own, you doody-head. [/b.harami]

It was a joke about b.harami and another thread. It had very little to do with you really. I expect in a few days you will return and have a 1000 word essay on how you really got the joke or how everything is about you. Upon further thought, the latter is the most likely essay we will all ignore. Edited June 3, 2011 by Booster4324
