It's early, but i'm driving to the computerless inlaws house till christmas day. I'll probably be at the Niles, OH bw-3 for sunday's game, and the buffalo brewpub for the SF game if anyone's interested. Anyways, to all, have a merry christmas.

What a bunch of idiots to turn a sincere post about having a nice Christmas into a running joke. Just be glad that you can be with your families for Christmas while many of my friends and relatives are in Iraq. That's right where I'll be next Christmas and I for one don't see this as funny.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. May God Bless and keep all of you during this holiday time and also be with all of ours who cannot be home for Christmas.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and yours too.

Remember that this is the season to be jolly. No one meant any harm or offense.

Gee I didnt realize that you werent allowed a sense of humor at Christmas. Had I known that you were the only one that was ever (to be eventually) deployed overseas, which is odd given the manpower shortage, or the only one with relatives overseas I would have been more introspective.

So, Merry Christmas you sanctimonious S.O.B.

To the people of the ACLU: MERRY CHRISTMAS!

And it came to pass in those days, that there went out a decree from Caesar Augustus, that all the world should be taxed

(And this taxing was first made when Cyrenius was governor of Syria.)

And all went to be taxed, every one into his own city

And Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judaea, unto the city of David, which is called Bethlehem; (because he was of the house and lineage of David:)

To be taxed with Mary his espoused wife, being great with child.

And so it was, that, while they were there, the days were accomplished that she should be delivered.

And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn.

And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night.

And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid.

And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people.

For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.

And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger.

And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying,

Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.

Well for your information out of almost 17 years in the Marine Corps I have missed 8 Christmas' with my family. And numerous birthdays and other holidays. I apologize if I was a little brash but this Christmas is a little more emotional for me since I will be REDEPLOYING to Iraq for next Christmas and Thanksgiving and my wife's, son's and daughters birthday.

I'm still working the wife. She's not real thrilled about me driving 4 hours to watch a game but she just doesn't understand... :D I'm trying to get her to come too.

When we had the tailgate down in Dallas, a young couple and their baby DROVE from Buffalo for the game. What is that? About 25 hours? Tell her you only live once. Gotta' make the most of it.
