San Jose Bills Fan Posted May 5, 2011 Posted May 5, 2011 As no one would argue, it was often stated in the run-up to the draft that the Draft Value Chart was obsolete/irrelevant/inaccurate/useless. Take your pick. Many people stated this. Others stated that it was a starting point and a reference tool which no team would possibly ignore.
