jarthur31 Posted December 17, 2004 Posted December 17, 2004 ESPN.com Williams said a third failed drug test made him retire because he was "scared to death" that people would find out he smoked marijuana. ....."That's one thing I couldn't deal with at the time -- people knowing that I smoke marijuana. That was my biggest fear in my whole entire life." Then why smoke it in the first place? Thanks for the laffs, Ricky, keep giving us more of that.
CajunBillsBacker Posted December 17, 2004 Posted December 17, 2004 Who's the biggest dummy, Ricky, Mike Tyson, or Michael Jackson? I think they are all in the same class as far as stupidity goes.
The_Real Posted December 17, 2004 Posted December 17, 2004 If Ricky wants to smoke pot and be his own person I say we let him. Atleast we don't have to face him twice a year. T_R

stevestojan Posted December 17, 2004 Posted December 17, 2004 Then why smoke it in the first place? 163552 Because it is known to help anxiety. He has anxiety issues. and if you say he should just have taken some Rx medicine, I'd love to send you some links to the side effects and addictive nature of the most common anxiety medicine, xanax. I know, I know, it's illegal, but to some people all the money in the world would't be worth having to feel anxious (not stressed, a huge difference) every single day. Just a different look at it.

ILLEGAL! (psst, concern for people's health is not the basis the govenment uses to legalize drugs)
stevestojan Posted December 17, 2004 Posted December 17, 2004 he smokes it in the frst place cause he likes it 163614 while I'm sure that's also true, I would guess that he was more afraind of people finding out about his anxiety issues.
Guest Stevestojan's Mom Posted December 17, 2004 Posted December 17, 2004 and no offense steve, i only used your mom cause i was agreeing more with you than ricky

ILLEGAL! (psst, concern for people's health is not the basis the govenment uses to legalize drugs) 163615 exactly (alothough your username is uncalled for). The NFFL would have no problem with him pumping himself full of Xanax, a drug which can have withdrawl side effects like a mini-heroine withdrawl. T-minus 5 minutes before someone who has never smoked weed comes in here to tell me how wrong this is.

Guest Guest Posted December 17, 2004 Posted December 17, 2004 like i said, i hope theres no issues that im offending you over, its just how i post, and i was agreeing with you so ill stop for now but i didnt mean anything by it

And the people that are so unhappy about it are everyone else. He seems very content now. All that being said, I feel he owes the Dolphins some money, and an apology to his teammates for not making the decision much sooner.

Kind of reminds me of the scene in Platoon... The difference between the guys drinking the Bud and the ones smoking the bud.
