But an 18-year old is legally an adult - there's no reason consensual sex between adults should be criminalized. At some point while she was banging a senior student from the high school she should have realized, hey maybe this is not such a great idea. I mean you have to know your gonna end up on the cheesy local news with your mugshot at some point. It's inevitable.
